Food Rescue Yellowknife
Declared an essential service by the Chief Public Health Officer in March 2020.
Developed COVID-19 protocols which streamlined operations while adhering to GNWT guidelines.
Conducted WSCC risk assessments and implemented appropriate procedures.
Effective April 1st, 2022, Food Rescue board of directors decided vaccination is no longer mandatory for workers at the site. Masks are also no longer mandatory and are now a personal choice.
